Armie Hammer Is Trading The Harvard Campus For An Enchanted Forest

Actor Armie Hammer, best known for his portrayal of Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss in The Social Network, has just been cast as Prince Andrew Alcott in the latest adaption of the classic fairy tale Snow White from Relativity Media. So far, Julia Roberts (yes, the Julia Roberts) has signed on to play the Evil Queen, but the search is still on for Snow White herself. There’s no doubt that Hammer fits the part physically— he’s tall, handsome, and blonde. I actually had the extreme fortune and pleasure of meeting Armie when he visited my school last September with The Social Network. He was incredibly nice and polite during the fleeting moments I spent with him. Therefore, I can personally assure you that this prince is just as charming as he appears.  I’m excited to see how this movie will turn out, but what do you think? Does a new Snow White sound like something you’d want to see? Do you agree with Armie as the right choice for the Prince? And what about Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen?
