Chelsea Handler will host VMAs

Host of the E! show Chelsea Lately Chelsea Handler will host the VMAs on September 12th at 9 pm EST.
The comedian announced she would host the VMAs on her show on Wednesday. "Everyone knows that when you think of rap music and hip-hop you think of 'Chelsea Lately.' And that's why I will be hosting [the show]," she said during her announcement.
Handler has also written three humorous books, including most recent Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang. She’ll certainly help to bring laughter to the show’s audience.
Other presenters and performers on the show will include Kanye West, Ke$ha and Ashley Green.
