I’m sitting here listening to the new Rascal Flatts and Justin Bieber mash up That Should Be Me and I’m realizing all over again why the kid is so beloved. He’s amazing. Not only is he adorable, but he’s incredibly talented and he’s the kind of boy a girl can take home to mom. He’s sweet and sensitive and let’s face it, he’s got amazing hair (even with his new haircut!). JB managed to win over Usher in no time, with the snap of his fingers, if only we all had that power! In his bio on his website, he talks about growing up and living in poverty and being stronger because of it all in the end. When I listen to him speak and watch his interviews, it feels like I’m watching a 20 year old rather than a 17 year old. He’s incredibly mature and truly has a good head on his shoulders.

As all of us that have been struck with Bieber fever know, he recently cut his hair and sold it online. According to cbsnews.com JB’s hair sold for $40,668. Not only did the winning bidder win his gorgeous golden locks but they also get to meet him the next time he appears on the Ellen DeGeneres show.

Recently there has been speculation that JB’s alleged girlfriend Selena Gomez was attacked by a crazed JB fan. After the hateful comments and death threats Selena received on her twitter, it didn’t take much for us to believe that she was indeed attacked. Neither party have confirmed this rumor, however reps for Gomez claim said rumors are not true. Gomez recently released her new single Who Says with lyrics including, “I’m no beauty queen, I’m just beautiful me” and “Who says you’re not perfect, who says you’re not worth it, who says you’re the only one that’s hurting? Trust me, that’s the price of beauty. Who says you’re not pretty, who says you’re not beautiful?” She told E! Online’s Ken Baker “They [girls her age] tend to try to dress and try to be what they feel other people want them to be…and eventually at the end of the day if you strip it all down, are you really proud of yourself? Are you really comfortable in your own skin? There’s moments everyday where I feel insecure or not good enough…” She also told Ryan Seacrest that Who Says is her song “to the haters”.

There’s no doubt in my mind that Justena is the latest Hollywood “it” couple and true Justin Bieber fans are rooting for them, because let’s face it, they’re adorable. It’s impossible not to love them.

Bieber fever is going around, and if you haven’t caught it yet, be prepared because it’s headed your way! And if you think you’ll never catch it, just remember, Never Say Never! ;)
