Glee Storms Comic Con

According to The Los Angeles Times, Glee creator and producer Ryan Murphy dropped many hints about the next season of Glee at Glee's Comic Con panel on Sunday. Select cast members, including Chris Colfer and Heather Morris were also present at the panel.

Murphy told the “gleeks” present at the conference that this season would include an episode based on the Rocky Horry Picture Show. Colfer said he definitely wanted to perform the show’s hit song “Time Warp”.

Also, according to the Twitter account @melodysimpson, who was present at Comic Con, the show will do an episode focused around religion, and someone will sing “Losing My Religion.” Gleeks will also get to meet many of the character’s family members this fall, most notably Rachel Berry’s two gay dads.

Murphy says he listened to what fans said and made the episodes more “intimate”. According to Entertainment Weekly, Murphy said:  “We’re doing about five music numbers per episode instead of eight.” Despite trying to keep the show more intimate, Fox still has plans to air an episode after the Super Bowl this winter.

Glee premieres September 21st at 9 p.m. on Fox.
